Domain name for free with each application of Spanish and/or EU trademark

In H&A, we take the online protection and defense of our client’s trademarks very seriously. Not in vain, we have about 20 years of experience registering and managing domain names for them.

Hence, and following the recommendations of the EUIPO and EURID, pointed out here https://euipo.europa.eu/ohimportal/en/news/-/action/view/5140548, as from September 1, 2019, for each new EU trademark application, we offer our clients – for free! – the registration of the domain .EU corresponding to the trademark’s word (if available and possible), without costs during the first year of protection.

And, since we firmly believe in the effectiveness of the recommendations made by the EUIPO and EURID, about the necessity of maximizing our clients’ trademark protection online, the offer will also apply to all new Spanish trademark applications (OEPM) as from September 1, registering the corresponding domain .ES (if available and possible), without additional costs during the first year of protection.
