H&A celebrates 40th anniversary

40 years, four decades are the ones we have already covered at H&A based on a history of prestige in the defense of our clients’ intangible rights worldwide. Today, we are a law firm specialized in legal and technical advice in IP with international presence, proud to work for creativity and innovation, with a multicultural and international human capital that allows us to solve our clients’ needs.

This year we celebrate our 40th anniversary. It is time to look back to May 1982, when our firm was born in a Spain which was going through a time of deep social transformation. We began our journey with just seven people, with the aim of specializing in the (back then) arid world of IP. Today, we have a staff of more than 165 professionals specialized in the various areas of intangible asset protection. Quite an adventure: quite a journey.

Extensive legal and technical experience have has positioned and accredited the quality of H&A’s practice both in Spain and in the countries where H&A is present. The passion with which we face the challenges has contributed to the success of the firm, betting on close, frequent and direct contact with the client. This experience, the human team and solid values that govern our work have consolidated the firm’s growth and prestige in the market.

And it is now, when we celebrate our 40th anniversary, that we wish, once again, to sincerely thank all our clients, collaborators, suppliers, friends, colleagues and other fellow travelers, for the trust placed in our team, even in the hardest moments during these four decades.

We celebrate our anniversary with joy, striving for many more years to come. It is an achievement that belongs to all of us that, without your support, would have never been possible. So, once again: thank you for being part of H&A’s history. Here’s to another 40…
