Guillermo has been entrusted with the coordination of working groups and has undertaken tasks focused on the administrative management of files, where he applied the knowledge acquired from the public and private sector. He worked as a legal advisor for the National Trademark Office administered by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) over a span of eight years.

Additionally, he rendered his services to two leading IP firms in Buenos Aires, namely: client consultancy, industrial & intellectual due diligence projects coordination, copyright and domain name counseling, general counseling for clients in intellectual & industrial property matters as well as in terms of planning the most efficient management of the clients' intangible assets.

  • Lecturer in charge of the Trademarks and Trade Name orientation course designed for those applicants registered to obtain the IP agent license; it was held by the National Institute of Industrial Property, during the 1996 to 1999.
  • Attendant to the Training Seminar “ Administrative Issues in the Patent and Trademark Procedure”, organized by the WIPO together with the European Patent Office (EPO), the Netherlands Industrial Property Office (NIPO) and the Benelux Trademark Office (BTO) and held in the City of the Hague in November, 1996.
  • Scholarship holder by the Argentine Industrial Property Agents Associations (AAAPI) during the Industrial Property Graduate Course run by the Universidad de Palermo (UP), during the years 1997-1998.
  • Lecturer is seminars, workshops and expositions held by public and private organizations, both in the City of Buenos Aires and across the country, mainly in the cities of Rosario, Santa Fe, Cordoba and Mendoza.
  • Current lecturer for the Intellectual Property Module pertaining to the graduate course of study held by the Universidad de Mendoza, between the years 2013 to 2015.
  • Attendant to the INTA during 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 y 2015.
