EXPERIENCE

After completing his Master’s degree in Intellectual Property (Magister Lvcentinvs) Federico started his professional career in one of the most prestigious IP law firms in Spain, gaining experience in trademark, industrial design law and domain name protection. Later on, he joined the legal team of LATIN AMERICA IPR SME HELPDESK, a project co-financed by the European Commission, offering his assessment on IP related issues to European companies seeking international expansion into Latin American markets.

Being fully aware of the growing importance of new technologies and personal data, Federico decided to enhance his qualifications by completing the Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Data Protection, Audiovisual and Information Society Law from the University Carlos III of Madrid. Simultaneously, he specialized in the legal IP & IT field.

Federico has joined the Digital Law Department of H&A in 2018, offering full advice on IP, data protection, e-commerce and new technologies.
