Master in European Patent Law (2010-2012), organized by the School of Industrial Organisation (EOI), in collaboration with the Centre d'Etudes Internationales de la Propiété Industrielle (CEIPI), the European Patent Institute (EPI) and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO).

Course on Intellectual Property organized by the WIPO World Academy.

Fernando finished his studies in 2008, obtaining the qualification of Outstanding in his final project.

That same year 2008, he entered the world of Industrial Property with an important IP company, where he received specialized training on Industrial Property and in whose department of mechanics, electronics and software he started to write technical descriptions, patentability reports and responses to office actions before the different Patent Offices around the world, especially the SPTO, the EPO, the USPTO and the international phase development PCT.

In 2012 he joined H&A as Patent Advisor, in the area of electromechanics, where he continues to provide his excellent services with a clear commitment to achieve the best protection for the intangibles of the firm's clients, for which he keeps up to date on the latest developments, especially, but not exclusively, those produced in his area of operation, in order to achieve a correct focus in the drafting of patent applications, and that these adequately protect the hard work of inventors and researchers, true generators of knowledge.
