EXPERIENCE

Jon has been working managing PI since 2011, with extensive experience drafting patent applications, replies to Office Actions, Patentability/Infringement Reports and in the global prosecution of PI files and consulting for clients in every PI area.

He became a member of the H&A team in 2013, balancing the management of PI for clients with the patent attorney duties, and being a part of the Intangible Assets Valuation department, which he manages from 2019. Due to this background he has experience in various fields such as Technology Transfer, Intangible Assets Valuation as well as tax erosion via Patent Box. He’s also an advanced user of IPScore (EPO’s valuation software)

He has been very active in formation as speaker, related to PI and its valuation, in the way of in-house as well as in collaboration with different societies.
