Since September 2012 she has been a patent consultant with Herrero & Asociados.
Lilia Puente is a chemical engineer with eight years of experience in patents, three of which within the Mexican Pharmaceutical Industry as IP adviser.
She joined H&A in 2011.
Her practice focuses mainly on the pharmaceutical field where her main tasks involve patent filing and prosecution work. She is also experienced in drafting patent applications and carrying out prior art searches.
At H&A's Mexican Office, Lilia is in charge of oral interviews before the Mexican Patent Office. She is part of the Patent Group of the Mexican Intellectual Property Protection Association.
