EXPERIENCE

Lucia graduated in Law from the University of Valencia as a member of the High-performing Students’ Group (ARA) with teaching in English, throughout her studies.

Later on, she enhanced her qualifications by completing the Master’s Program for Admission to the Bar from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF) and the Master’s Program (LL.M.) in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations from the Higher Institute for Law and Economics (ISDE), simultaneously participating in the US Law and Mediation Course from the Columbia University (New York City). 

Lucia Martin-Sanz joined H&A in 2017, becoming a member of the Trademark Department and specializing in trademark prosecution and protection. She further advises clients on trademark strategy and negotiations at the commercial level, as well at the procedural level between parties before national PTOs.

She then began her professional career in the area of digital law and technological innovation and legal department, providing comprehensive advice on industrial and intellectual property, data protection, infringements in RRSS, e-commerce and distribution networks.
