EXPERIENCE
Maria Del Pilar has gained substantial professional experience in the international sphere, managing brand portfolios in Peru and Latin America Countries. She is also a specialist in processing Latinamerican, Spanish, European and foreign trademarks.
She previously worked in a well-known brand IP Boutique in Peru, managing the IP portfolios of domestic and International Companies especially with the prosecution and enforcement of the Intellectual Property rights: Trademarks, Patents and Designs, as well as providing advise preventive and permanent regarding copyright and neighbouring rights.
