Marta Gimeno started her professional career in a major IP law firm, as a lawyer in the trade law and the digital law department.
In 2009, Marta joined the litigation team at Herrero & Asociados, where she advises on customs, patent, trade mark and copyright issues as well as about plant varieties, information technology, data protection, domain names, competition law, advertising and other related matters.
She has acquired ample knowledge on contract drafting, negotiating, requests for restoration of industrial property rights, actions before the Spanish Patent and Trade Mark Office and enforcement of industrial and intellectual property rights.
