Tania Flores joined H&A in 2007, reinforcing our Bilbao staff. She assists clients in all areas related with protection, prosecution and management of patents, utility models and designs in Spain as well as abroad, European patents and PCTs.

Tania has much experience preparing prior-art search reports that assess the patentability of inventions and possible infringement.
