Rocio began her professional experience in IP as a paralegal in the office of Ariel Juan Ibañez, and joined the H&A team in 2015. Since 2018 she has been part of the Patent and Industrial Design Departments of H&A Argentina, as a lawyer, assisting clients in developing strategies and implementing them in the registration phase.
She is also a specialist in the management of patents and industrial designs in Latin America, Spain, the European Union and different foreign countries. Concerned about increasing her knowledge, she has taken courses at the WIPO, EUIPO and EPO academies.
